Message	nothing about lack of brightness, just don't expect the headlights to suddenly perform similar to those of modern cars, aside from the flicker and some increased brightness, they do not perform like modern HIDs, anyone with a projector-HID equipped car newer than 2000 should know instantly what I am talking about.
